How do we start, and where do we meet?
We start with a free online 30-minute session to get to know each other a little more and see the compatibility between us.
After this first session, you decide if you want to start the process, and we find a day and time for the next 60-minute session. We either meet online Monday to Friday or in-person on Fridays.
What do we talk about in the first free conversation?
In our first free session, we will talk about your concerns, doubts, and current situation. What you want to achieve at the end of the process, your expectations and vision, as well as what works and what does not work for you.
I will go through how the sessions work, that it is you who chooses the topic or topics to be explored in the sessions, and how I, as your practitioner, contribute to ensure you progress towards your goals while always respecting your own pace and you having the last word.
What happens in a session?
The session is your private and confidential space and begins with you deciding what topic you want to discuss and what you want to achieve at the end of the session, that is, what topic you want to explore and what step or steps you want to take in that session that brings you closer to your goal.
During the session, together we inquire and explore the subject. I contribute as your practitioner with observations, insights, questions, coaching, and therapy techniques to help you clarify, become aware, overcome fears, insecurities, or limiting beliefs, and finally define the actions to be taken, what you need to carry them out, and your degree of commitment.
It is always you who sets the pace and defines what you want to achieve. I partner with you, without pressure or judgment, and monitor your progress until you achieve your goal.
In the sessions, we also review the progress that has been made, the following actions are defined, and we explore what you need to take action and your degree of commitment.
How much notice do I need to give to reschedule or cancel the session?
If you cannot attend the session on the day and time we have booked, you have to notify me 24 hours before (send me an email, SMS, WhatsApp, or call me). Should you not provide 24 hours’ notice and the day of the session you do not attend, the session will be invoiced, forfeited, and will be non-refundable.
I understand that unforeseen events, emergencies, and illnesses arise with children, or you may not feel well. In this case, I ask you to notify me as soon as possible, we reschedule, and that´s it.
